Skill points and perk points can be assigned in-between levels from the Skills and Perks pages in the Pip-Boy.
S.P.E.C.I.A.L. points that are gained throughout the game can now be saved for later.
If using a mouse, the scroll wheel can be used to assign points in applicable menus. Hold LShift for increments of five.
The patched StatsMenu file for DarNified UI is no longer a a requirement.

Number of saved levels is shown next to character name in Pip-Boy.
Number of saved skill points and perk points are shown on skills and perk pages. Replaces HP and AP only on these pages.
You can get alerts for additional saved levels without leveling up first. Note that you may get an alert when you load your save as the mod adapts to the new system.
The iLevelsPerPerk setting is forcibly set to 1 before the level-up menu opens. This will hopefully remove compatibility concerns.
